Lumina Starling is THIND Properties’ high-rise at Lougheed. It was MJF’s debut as an independent subcontractor in 2018 — the project where the crew proved it could carry a full tower’s structural formwork on its own.
Twenty-eight storeys, formed to the line. Everything since has built on it.
